True Hues

In Spring 2021 I relaunched True Hues, Banana Republic’s sub-brand of inclusively designed essentials. I built a campaign around a crew of eight diverse women, all of whom are making an impact on culture and society. This incorporated several firsts for the brand: a #MeToo whistleblower, a disabilities advocate, the first openly trans model to reach the top of the fashion industry, and an immigrant rights activist who is undocumented. Each woman was featured telling her story in her own words and answering the question, “What does it mean to be your truest self?
